Shipping rates are as follows; 14 € for orders below 30 €; 10 € for orders between 30 and 150 €; and shipping is free for all orders above 150 € (only for delivery within continental France). We work exclusively with Colissimo Suivi for their short shipping times, and their secured delivery. The products are shipped in perfect working order, and delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the invoice. In case of absence a delivery note will be left in your mail box indicating that the package may be collected at the local Post Office. We thank you to be precise in the delivery address, and to verify that the name is visible on the letter box. For all re-shipping caused by lack of precision of the delivery address the consumer will bear the charges. All contestation can arrive at either a complaint or a return.
The client should ensure upon receipt that merchandise is in an acceptable condition, and should identify damages related to transportation on the invoice accompanied by the client signature as well as to the LES CAVES DE L’UZEGE in a time period of no more than one week: this is so we may procure a new shipping. All complaints not executed within this framework and timeframe will no longer fall under the responsibility of the LES CAVES DE L’UZEGE with respect to the consumer. Shipping will be realized in under 48 hours (except where explicitly stated otherwise). LES CAVES DE L’UZEGE is not responsible for delays incurred on the part of "Colissimo".
Complaints
The consumer must forward all complaints to LES CAVES DE L’UZEGE the same day, or at the latest the following business day after the shipping date, all shipping errors and/or non conformity of product(s) in nature or quality with respect to our indication on the invoice. The complaint form may be found on the “Contact Us” page where it is necessary to indicate your order reference. In the case of a shipping error or exchange, all products to be exchanged or reimbursed should be returned to LES CAVES DE L’UZEGE in their totality, and their original packaging in a perfect state of resale to the following address;

Returns
The consumer has 10 days to return all products that do not convene him/her. This delay is counted as beginning the day of delivery to the consumer. If this expiry date falls on a Saturday, a Sunday, a bank holiday, or a day off then it will fall on the following business day. Only returns sent back in their totality, and their original packaging in a perfect state of resale will be accepted. All products that have been damaged, or products where the original packaging has deteriorated will not be accepted for returns or exchange. The right to return items is without penalty with the exception of shipping fees for the return of goods. The consumer will be reimbursed with a credit to their account (secured transaction) in the instance of payment by credit card or by cheque in all other instances.
